Safety & Training Coordinator - Paramedic Experience

Key to this role is the co-ordination and supervision field drilling teams. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are essential. Primary responsibilities are ensuring the implementation safety standards and procedures in the field liaising between trade teams, management and stakeholders. While the ability to work autonomously and organise workload are essential to success the incumbent will be uncompromisingly a team player and enjoy challenging environments
It is essential that you have a current Paramedic qualification and Certificate IV OHS, a higher level would be highly regarded. Previous experience in drilling roles would be ideal. In addition to this the incoming Safety & Training Coordinator would ideally possess a Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
This is a FIFO role with an equal time rotation and attractive salary package offered.
