They are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Administrator on a staff basis. The Occupational Health Administrator will be responsible for identifying which individuals require medical assessment/ Health Surveillance and other occupational health medical requirements, and making sure these individuals are seen by the right people at the right time. The Administrator will also assist with all relevant administrative duties as required by the Occupational Health team.

Job Description:
Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to delivering the administration requirements of the HS team
Deliver an efficient and effective administration service to generate standardised, accurate data and information as and when required
Liaise with external Occupational Health providers to book Medicals and HS consultations, taking cost, scheduling and quality requirements into consideration
Analysis of lookahead reports to ensure that our client can support capacity and demand for Health Surveillance in the longer term
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee information inputted into the system
Ensure the careful handling of sensitive/ confidential information and that information is filed correctly
Prepare reports for the Senior Advisor/ HSTL when required
Ensure that all queries from internal and external customers relating to Health Surveillance are dealt with promptly and effectively

Job Requirements:
Degree qualified desirable
Administrative experience
Working knowledge of NHS or Occupational Health environment preferred
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to manage own workload
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced workload
Excellent customer facing skills
