Our Air Ambulance Service (fixed and rotor) combines professional critical care medical transport teams with exceptional aircraft. Our services include; Air Medical Airplane transport both within KSA and around
the world, SAR/disaster response (rotor) and VIP service to accommodate special requests. The Air Ambulance program meets the Commission on Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) 9th edition standards.

We are currently recruiting for the following:

Clinical & Educational Supervisor - Flight Duty, Flight Paramedic (or RN) - Riyadh

Job Summary:
Under general direction of Medical Director and Operational Manager, exercises independent judgment, and is responsible for providing training, quality, operational and administrative support of specific organizational programs, including but not limited to local pre-hospital institutions, internal training activities within Field Operations and Emergency Communications, and analysis of Performance and Quality Improvement/Assurance programs.

Supervisory & Flight Specific Responsibilities:
Participate in various program activities including selection processes, clinical and operational training, and documentation of employee performance.
Observe students/employees in the application of clinical techniques and provide feedback.
Develop, implement and deliver specific training programs in a variety of formats and venues (internal and external to MEDEVAC), including multimedia presentations, scenario-based training and observation in clinical environments.
Develop, implement and monitor adherence to an individual development/training plan.
Works in cooperation with management and support personnel in other divisions/sections to support departmental objective, mission and values.
Maintain records and documentation related to specific programs.
Performs Flight Duties on an as needed basis, as required by functional assignment.

Educational Requirements:
Degree in Paramedic Studies (or RN) from recognized University by the Saudi Council for Health Specialty

Current valid certifications in the following:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent (ITLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
Critical Care Paramedic (CCP) or Flight Paramedic (FP-C) preferred
Instructor certifications preferred

Professional Experience:
3 years' experience in Aviation Medicine (Must be verified with letter of employment from previous employers)
5 years in Aviation Medicine is preferred
3 years' experience in Emergency Medical Instruction
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Arabic is advantage
Computer literacy level is required, proficient is preferred

Salary is approx. 80,000USD per year, tax free, plus housing, flights, etc.... Western package. Additional per diems for flights & travel.

This is a non-rotational job (over 30 days of vacation a year). Monday - Friday schedule with some weekends on-call.

Preference given to those with previous instructor & flight experience.
