Princess Cruises is seeking registered Nurses to work aboard our cruise ships as a part of our highly qualified medical team.
Being a Nurse with Princess Cruises offers you the ability and the opportunity to travel the world while enhancing your skills and autonomy. Princess Cruises maintains a well equipped medical center that provides critical care areas, x-ray, lab, pharmacy and admission beds on each vessel. Our nursing staff plays a crucial role in providing high standards of medical care to a wide variety of patients. Princess nursing staff have the opportunity to respond to emergencies, work in both clinic and in-patient settings and within a highly skilled team to meet the individual medical needs of both our passengers and crew. The ship board nursing role presents opportunities to develop skills in a variety of extended roles such as laboratory and X-Ray work as well as practicing more familiar nursing skills. Benefits include continuous professional development, officer status, food & lodging while aboard the vessel, uniforms and a competitive compensation package. Assignments are 4 months in duration, visiting numerous ports of call on a variety of worldwide itineraries.
At this time we are considering candidates who have at least 3 years of nursing experience in acute care areas such as ER, ICU or remote location nursing and who possess a current ACLS certificate.
