Remote Site Doctors for Guinea Conakry French & English speaking
* Positions based in Guinea Conakry starting as from January 2012
* Permanent international positions
In Guinea Conakry we work with International mining and energy corporations in assessing the health risks of their onsite employees working in some of the most remote operational environments. Each remote site provides both primary and emergency healthcare services to the client’s onsite employee population.
We are currently seeking interest from applicants for future positions based within our client’s remote mining sites in Guinea Conakry. The clinics site provide primary healthcare, emergency and evacuation services to the client’s onsite expatriate employee and National workforces. In addition the onsite clinics provide a range of preventative, community and occupational health services.
These are permanent 6 weeks paid on site followed by 6 weeks paid offsite rotational positions which allow you to continue to live in your country of residence whilst working a fixed rotation, flying in and out of your site of assignment. We coordinate and pay for your flights and travel to and from site for each rotation and provide onsite accommodation and facilities.
THE PERSON
* 5 years post graduation experience
* Current registration with relevant health professions council
* Experience and qualifications within primary care and emergency medicine
* Fluent in Portuguese and English language skill required
* Current ALS or ACLS certification is highly desirable
