Position: Charge Nurses – Emergency Department, A&E
Our client, one of the leading trauma centres in the country, owned and operated by the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company PJSC (SEHA), recently unveiled its new state of the art emergency room, increasing the capacity from 10 to 33 patient bays and almost trebling potential patient intake.
Hospital Emergency Department has been treating an average of nearly 110,000 patients annually. This expansion is expected to increase this capacity, and positions them as one of the leading Emergency Departments across the region."
With an average of 300 patients passing through the ER on a daily basis - 40 per cent of which are trauma cases- swift and first-rate treatment, as well as efficient patient flow, is critical to the success of the department.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of no less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program.
Hold current nursing registration
Continuous post graduate courses (desirable)
Experience in Clinical and administrative practice acute care
3 years experience in ER / A&E and not less than 2 years as senior charge nurse or charge nurse in A&E.
You will receive a two year contract, base salary plus benefits which include accommodation, utilities and travel allowance, flights, annual leave, etc.
