Paramedic

Job Title: Offshore Medic/Administrator
Job purpose: The provision of primary care and emergency medical facility and for management of general health and well being of all personnel. Advise and monitor occupational health, hygiene, safety and environmental quality matters. General administrative support and coordination between onshore and offshore personnel. General administration and the supervision of offshore logistics and supply chain support.
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically & Operationally reports to: Offshore Manager
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Great deal of interaction between Offshore Crewing Coordinator, HSEQ Department, Project / Operations Department and the Offshore team
Typical background and experience required:
Must have:
  • OPITO Basic Offshore Emergency Training (BOSIET)
  • UKOOA Offshore Medical
  • HSE Approved Offshore Medic
  • Experience providing remote emergency medical support
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Experience operating in the offshore environment is desirable
