Job Description
The Critical Care Nurse is an essential part of the multi-disciplined medical team and the patient’s recovery, responsible for administering intensive and high dependency care to seriously ill and injured patients
Qualifications
Nursing/Paramedic degree or diploma, fully registered and currently licensed with no restrictions to practice in country of origin.
BLS and ACLS Certificates.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Intensive/Critical Care environment.
Experience managing Intubated/Ventilated patients.
Fluency in English to CEFR B2.
Key responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:Ensuring maintenance of medical records for all patients are kept up to date and at a high standard
Management of all medical supplies for the project and resupply requirements
Evaluate critically ill or injured patients and provide holistic nursing intervention
Consults and coordinates with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Responsible for maintaining ICU care standards
Communicate with doctors and patients to keep everyone updated on test results and treatment recommendation.
