Job Description: 
Applicant will be applying for the position at NSF Redzikowo. All fire fighters shall be cross-trained in structural, HazMat, and emergency medical services to provide support as required during emergencies. The firefighters must maintain a current certification with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). State EMT certifications are not authorized.
The contractor shall maintain at least 3 Hazardous Material Operations on duty. The operations personnel shall possess applicable certifications and have at minimum 2 years’ experience in a HAZMAT response program of size and scope similar to that required at Romania

The contractor should ensure all contract F&ES personnel are eligible and certified and meet the minimum DoD certifications and meet the requirements to acquire a full Common Access Card (CACUnder the revised OPNAVINST 11320.23G, Poland will fall under an “A-1” installation. An A-1 installation receives the following staffing for daily operations:

· Engine (1)
· Ambulance (X-Staffed)
· Command (1)

The department will have two engines. But will be staffed as single engineer department. The second engine is on station in case the first is down for extended maintenance.

The total minimum on-duty staffing requirement is 4 operational fire fighters per duty shift. At least one person per firefighting shift must possess a U.S. secret cleared to act as an escort in secured areas. In addition, the Fire Chief will be available for administrative work but available to respond to emergencies during normal duty hours, (example) Monday – Friday, 0700 to 1500. All personnel are subject to recall from off-duty when required. Additional staffing, when required for emergencies will come from mutual aid partners, if available.) for use in authenticating through installation physical security and on Navy IT systems.


Qualifications:
· Possess valid Secret Clearance
· Documented trade experience and training

Knowledge Of:  
· IAW DoDI 6055.06
· Possess OSHA #2225 Respiratory Protection and FEMA ICS classes 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 and 800.
· DoDI 6055.6,
· OPNAVINST 11320.23G.
· HAZMAT
· HAZWOPPER 40
· Emergency Medical Training
· Haz-Mat: Defensive
· Confined Space
· Vehicle Extraction

Additional requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport book with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
