IPPG are looking for doctors to work at its Machermo rescue post during the pre and post-monsoon seasons in 2019. You will be situated at Machermo at 4450m and at Gokyo at 4800m.
This role provides an opportunity for a volunteer to practice mountain medicine in the heart of the Everest region. IPPG pays for flights to and from Lukla and for accommodation and food on the walk in, at the post and on the walk out.
There is a training weekend in the Brecon Beacons 20-22 April 2018 for shortlisted applicants.
