Overview
Medical support including but not limited to medical services, dental services, and pharmaceutical services. Such services include but are not limited to providing: a Level III Trauma Center/Emergency Room capable of handling daily emergencies, staffed during the daytime (5 days a week) and on call at all times (24/7); a daytime (5 days a week) staffed medical clinic capable of handling the routine medical needs.
Responsibilities
The EMT shall administer first aid treatment to and transport patients to the medical facility. The EMT shall be based at the Balad Air Base and shall have the following minimum qualifications:
Qualifications
Emergency Medical Technician Certification
CPR Certification
BLS Certification
Completed ECG/EKG, Airway Management, Spinal Immobilization and other related training for this position.
