Primary purpose of job
Responsible for the supervision of the Nursing team for the duration of a shift within a Clinic in ensuring delivery of the highest quality Nursing Care to all patients according to QP procedures and guidelines.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years post registration experience, of which minimum 3 years experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.
• Evidence of leadership skills, applied knowledge and management skills.• Working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word.
• Evidence of continued professional development.• Proficiency in English written and verbal.
•Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Education
• Registered Nurse/minimum 3yr certificated training or BSc Nursing.• Eligible for Qatar license to practice nursing.
•Additional professional qualification such as Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
• ILS (intermediate Life Support).• Train the trainer or clinical skills certification is preferred.
