The Role:
This is an exciting role within Remote Medical, where you will be part of a newly formed team specifically created to provide clinical care at Camp Marechal de Lattre de Tassingy.
You will operate alongside a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting providing emergent and basic care with access to top-tier telemedicine services through our Global Communication Center (GCC). On an occasional basis, you may be required to transport patients via ambulance for medical evacuations, but your primary duties will be within the hospital.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Contingent on contract award**
Minimum Requirements:
Active license/certification as a paramedic OR nurse in a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) country
Must be a citizen of a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) country
3+ years of experience as a paramedic or nurse
Fluent command of the English language
Ability to obtain and maintain a Fit for Duty (FFD) clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance to drive company vehicles
Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR or equivalent(s)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent(s)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Preferred Qualifications:
Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent(s)
