The Resort Nurse is responsible for providing day-to-day care to the guests and team members and responding to emergencies whenever they occur in the resort, under the direction of the Resort Doctor.
Registered Nurse in the Maldives Health Ministry preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to work with people of different nationalities.
Attend to all emergencies, give first aid and in the case of serious incidents accompany colleagues to hospital.
Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms.
Ensure the absolute hygiene of the clinic and that its equipment and tools used for medical treatment are disinfected and sterilized.
Prepare the sickness report and submit to the Human Resources department.
Ensures colleagues who are sick are provided medical care.
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment such as oxygen bottles, first aid kits and other medical equipment.
Maintain an adequate supply of medicines at all times as suggested by the house doctor and replenish the first aid boxes as necessary.
Ensure employee compliance with company standards/policies and external regulations.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional area, seek additional information when presented with unfamiliar situations; participate in ongoing professional development.
As an individual in the Human Resources Team, you are required to be a part of all the HR activities.
Other duties as assigned by the Director Human Resources.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:-
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by AYADA from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Ayada Handbook the safe and efficient operation of resort facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:-
Certified approved educational certificate in nursery.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience within 5 star branded resort/hotel on the same capacity – Essential.
Ability to speak, write and converse advanced level of English – Essential.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Maldives experience preferred.
