Job Purpose:
Manage the Medical Program and all the related issues (Primary healthcare system, mobile campaign, educational health program) in Libya’s mission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To prepare action plan for the Medical Program, and submit it to the HOP within deadlines.
Ensure the work process within the field hospital in the line which the key performance Indicators, which were settled earlier.
Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agencies and organizations interested medical domain in coordination with the Programs Manager.
Develop and maintain the medical policies, and supervise the implantation.
Develop operational plans and policies necessary to achieve health education objectives and services.
In coordination with the Head of Programs Manager, Searching for funding opportunities for the medical department, and to manage writing the grants proposals.
Represent the mission in all the meetings which is related TP the medical sector when requested.
Adopt all the media reports about the medical department before publishing.
Adopt all the medical financial reports.
Prepare regular reports (Daily-Weekly-Monthly)
Set the key performance indector for all the medical department team.
Provide mentoring and coaching to achieve the medical program strategy.
Set the training needs for the team in coordination with HR department. Run a weekly meeting for the medical staff, to set the weekly tasks.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor Degree in (Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry)
Experience:
Min 5 years in the Medical Field. (Experience in training and family medicine is a plus).
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent Leadership Skills
Excellent Communications skills (written & Verbal) Advanced Computer Skills % MS office.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
