We are looking for underground qualified Paramedic/ESO's to send their expression of interest in for a role in the Kalgoorlie region. This role would be DIDO (from Kalgoorlie) or FIFO (from Perth). This is an 8:6 role - day shift with availability for call outs at night if required.
The minimum selection qualifications and experience and selection criteria:
Demonstrated experience as a Paramedic/ESO with 3 years minimum experience in similar operational role with underground mine operations experience
Diploma of Paramedical Science or higher
Cert 3 in Mines Rescue must have the following competencies:
RIIERR303D - Operate in self-contained regenerative oxygen Breathing Apparatus
RIIERR304D - Control emergencies and critical situations
RIIERR305D - Control underground fires
RIIERR306D - Conduct underground search
RIIERR307D - Extricate and transport people involved in incidents
RIIERR309D - Establish and operated from fresh air base
Current WA Medium Rigid, Heavy Vehicle licence
Drug and Alcohol Testing Qualification
Cert 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE required)
