We are currently seeking for a Registered Nurse who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide solutions to our employees;
Inform employees of changes to HR related policies and procedures.
To be aware and fully support all Metropolitan Hotel Dubai Human Resources core standards.
Processing medical papers for employees of all level in preparation for securing employment visas.
Ensures that all Dubai Municipality guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to.
Set up and conducts various training programs on personal hygiene, kitchen safety procedure, food handling, and basic first aid including defibrillator.
Actively involved in coordinating and promoting annual Health, safety and Wellness Fair.
Promoting health and safety programs, including injury prevention, disability long term and short term and coaching departments on the hotel’s modified work program.
Maintained good working relationship with the management team while maintaining confidentiality and quality patient care.
Will initiate visa medical and occupational health processing at the Dubai Municipality towards cutting the Company’s medical expenditures and ensuring a smoother flow of medical procedure.
Will initiate community service in coordination with the Dubai Municipality such as Clean up the world, blood donation and an earth hour campaign.
Will work hand in hand with the Hygiene office towards HACCP implementation and accreditation for the hotel.
Will work hand in hand with the F&B training manager towards personal hygiene and appearanc
