Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Provide the clinical services for all company expatriate and national employees as well as contractors at the Bangkok office:
1. Handle injuries and illnesses under Chevron standard medical protocol as well as case management procedure.
2. Provide information, education, advice on health related issues.
3. Follow clinic practice guideline to include ensuring the sufficient drug/medical supply, documentation, data privacy and various reports.
• Provide assistance to run HM day to day business operation such as procurement, contract acquisition, budgeting, administrative function.
• Provide emergency health management in accordance with the protocol requirement to include customizing the response plan, providing the training, ensuring the
emergency team competency, maintaining proper equipment.
• Conduct the relevant procedures of Fitness for duty program including drug and alcohol testing.
• Administer wide range of occupational health program to include medical surveillance, food hygiene, sanitary inspection, occupational health test.
• Run the facility specific Wellness program to be in line with department directives.
• Coordinate the Employee Assistance Program if needed.
• Run/Coordinate Health – CSR programs.
• Conduct special assignment upon requested.
Required Qualifications: (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, occupational health, public health or equivalent with more than 10 years of experience in profession and 5 years related work in Industrial
Hygiene, Public Health or Occupational Health.
• Spoken and written English, equivalent with TOEIC 600, IELTS 5.5, LPI2,TWP1+).
• Good in MS office: excel and words and power point.
