Operations Manager of Ambulance Services , Middle East

Location: Riyadh.

We  are looking for an Operations Manager of Ambulance Services to be responsible for the management of the entire Ambulance Service and the administration of emergency medical services to patients under the care and responsibility of the Hospital.

Duties:
Works with Supervisor, Medical Director and Paramedic Clinical Coordinator/ EMT Instructor in all aspects of development, implementation and evaluation of education programs as well as continuous quality improvement.

Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and operated. Ensures the safe work practices are followed, lifting etc. Ensures that all required supplies and materials are present.

Reviews application for employment and communicates with Local and International Recruitment partners to ensure best recommendations for hire.

Assess emergency situations to determine the best course of action and appropriate protocol.


Requirements:

 
The Operations Manager will hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Emergency Health Services with an emphasis in Emergency Medical Services or a Masters. (EMS).



Eight (8) years of Paramedic experience as a minimum with Bachelor’s or six (6) years with Masters including four (4) years of EMS Management or supervisory experience required.

Paramedic licensure from country of origin ( USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia or New Zealand) and the following qualifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and PHTLS.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer proficiency.

This is a time for new employees to get to know each other and many lifetime friendships are formed during this period.
