Responsibilities:
To be responsible for informing and updating all information regarding associate with his Department Head or Supervisor.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel staff first aid room.

To ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately. 

To collate and maintain all records conceiving the associates health cards. 

To have sole responsibility for the allocation of sick leave and it's control. 

Responsible for authorization of petty cash disbursement within the guidelines laid down by the Personnel Department. 

To continually update and maintain all associate medical records and to be involved in the Human Resources activities. 

 Qualifications - At least one to two years of work experience as First Aid Supervisor.
