An opportunity has arisen within South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, to recruit an Aircrew Paramedic to the team at Dorset and Somerset Airbase based at Henstridge.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are:
• Adept at navigational skills• Quick-thinking and reliable• Proactive and flexible• An experienced team player• Physically fit• Paramedic for minimum 4 years post qualifying experience on full range of duties• Able to demonstrate previous commitment to charitable or other good causes since this role requires successful candidates to work closely with Dorset &Somerset Air Ambulance
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have:
• Previous UK employment in a HEMS type role• Completion or very near completion of a Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care or equivalent
