TCCC Medical Instructor / Trainer

Major Duties:
Delivers specialized training and instruction domestically, and, as needed, overseas.Serves as part of the overall planning process and in the development and coordination of training programs. Develops course contents, lesson
plans and student manuals. Leads the evaluation process to determine the effectiveness of the training and makes recommendations for improvement. Develops course scheduling and coordinates effort with the Government to ensure calendar deconfliction of events. Researches, instructs using advanced adult learning techniques, guides student activities, and develops curriculum including computer-or-web based training. Maintains currency in pre-hospital and emergency medical care, to include Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), reviews medical and professional publications, and liaisons with the emergency medical community to ensure current information and procedures are incorporated into courses. Serves as a representative on agency working groups or others as directed. Maintains contact with personnel associated with curriculum and instructional standards, analytic development, and instructional support design programs in other intelligence, federal, and public educational organizations to ensure professional educational standards are maintained. Performs other duties as assigned.



Experiece and Skills: :10 Years Degree BA/BS
Securtity Clearance: Yes/Secret


Comments: Successfully graduated from military or civil schooling in the designated program or functional areas
Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite and/or other general office applications.
Working knowledge in military, law enforcement, and/or Government security operations, preferred.
Working knowledge in training course administrative/logistics is considered a plus.
Must have excellent people and organizational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain liaison with personnel at all levels in order to plan and coordinate assigned responsibilities.
Ability to immediately analyze, predict, and preclude situations to ensure training is conducted in a safe manner.
