Job Description
Occupational Health Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is assigned to support clinic activities at a site or operation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provides services within the professional scope and standards of license specific to health care of employees

• Conducts clinical assessments to determine fitness for work
• Involved in health screening procedures
• Performs administrative tasks including scheduling and maintenance of records, supplies, medications and equipment
• Manages disability cases for employee personal and work-related illnesses and injuries
• Advises employees on prevention of illness and injury
• Provides emergency treatment for injury and illness
• Communicates with management on occupational health issues.
• Coordinates occupational health programs
• Acts as site MOH Contact Education, Training, and Licensure
• Nursing Degree, Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• Montana Nursing Licensure, Montana Physician Assistant Licensure or equivalent, required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Occupational Health via professional certification
• Recognized expertise in applied clinical health risk assessment and fitness for work determination • Active Certifications in Drug & Alcohol Collection, Spirometry, Audiometry, Blood-borne pathogens training and CPR are preferred

• Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processes of ExxonMobil
• Produces excellent results, is meticulous, organized and time-conscious
• Exhibits professionalism at all times, understands appropriate workplace behavior/communications.
